[[File:Flag of Singapore.png|Singapore]] Upon leaving the Army as a Captain with the Singapore Special Forces, Danny proceeded to develop, advice and train numerous law enforcement agencies and military tactical units around the world with Britam Defence before serving Fortune 500 and Government clients with Olive Group in austere environments on four continents. Danny was then Director of Global Risk Assessments at iJET International Inc. which provided operational intelligence to 650 of the Fortune 2000 companies and numerous government agencies. At iJET International Inc., Danny also negotiated with pirates and kidnappers. Danny is now Regional Director, Global Safety and Security at Marriott International Inc. where he handled among many cases, the Marriott Islamabad bombing in 2008, Jakarta 2009 twin bombings and most recently the rocket attacks by Palestine into Israel. Danny has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (Finance). He also attended the Strategic Leadership Programme at Cornell University and the ISMA Leadership Programme at Georgetown University. Danny is Executive Fellow at the Essex Business School, University of Essex where he is pursuing his Doctorate and a lecturer with the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at Nanyang Technological University.
 
 
Danny is an Associate Member of the Business Continuity Institute, a Certified Professional Risk Manager, a Certified Anti-Terrorism & Counter Terrorism Specialist and an accessor with the United Nation’s International Maritime organization.  He currently sits on the Management Committees of ASIS International, Overseas Security Advisory Council, Singapore of the U.S. Department of State and help lead the Asia Analyst roundtable.
 
 
In his free time, Danny volunteers as an Associate Mediator and coach with Singapore Mediation Centre & Small Claims Tribunals - The Subordinate Courts of Singapore and runs his micro social initiative organization called “Making a Difference”.
