Cher Young joined BCM Institute in April 2008 as its Executive Director. In his present post, his mandate is to provide leadership to position the Institute at the forefront of the industry. Reporting to the President, Cher Young has overall responsibility for all activities related to day to day operations (Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Franchisee Relations, Internal Projects, IT and Services Delivery), and is responsible for the bottom line profitability. He also supervises the Institute's services delivery in Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore, including the oversight of its business partnerships in China, India, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, and Africa (Nigeria).
