1. Continual Improvement 持续性改进持续性改进是指一个组织为了提高自身能力以满足要求而定期开展的一系列活动。

注:持续性改进可通过开展审计(以及使用审计调查发现的事项和结论)、执行管理审查、分析数据、制定目标以及实施纠正和预防措施可以实现。
