Requirement for BCCLA

BCCLA Certification

The Business Continuity Certified Lead Auditor (BCCLA) certification is designed and developed to instill pertinent concepts and knowledge in BCM practitioners and Audit professionals; which will enable them to certify organizational-wide Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). This course is designed and developed to train management system auditors, financial auditors, BC managers, planners, and project managers who are keen in certifying organizations

Criteria

The individuals should have met and continue to meet the following requirements regarding:

  • Successful completion of the BCM-8530: ISO22301 BCM Lead Auditor, BCM-8540: SS540 BCM Lead Auditor and BCM-8590: BS25999 BCM Lead Auditor (duration 4.5 days including half-day examination)
  • Successful completion of the BCCLA examination with a required passing score of 75% out of 150 Multiple-choice Questions (MCQ)
  • Candidate must also successfully complete a case study
  • At least 1 years experience in business continuity management (BCM) and/or disaster recovery planning (DRP) auditing and reviewing of BC plan.

Fee Payment

Award of Electronic Certificate

Only an electronic certificate or e-certificate (softcopy) will be issued for all successful application. However, a hardcopy certificate is also available upon request from the online store: SGD 50 (not inclusive of courier charges)
