HOW • Notify the M&E contractors by Call Centre operator (Office hour) and EMSU (after office hour)
Recovery & Resumption
HOW • Contact PowerGrid by Property Officer on no incoming supply status • Contact PUB by Property Officer if direct water supply disruption • Standby at site by Property Officer
After T+ 4 Hours
HOW • Monitor and resolve work urgently • Turn on power generator for essential services like lift services • Arrange water wagon to distribute water
Restoration & Return
HOW • Receive report from PUB/ PowerGrid • Submit report to GM
