1. Plan Development is a phase within the BCM planning process. It is to determine the procedures for notifying the right people, assessing the operational impact. It is also to develop specific steps for minimizing the risks of an outage, and restoring normal operations after the outage. The output from this step is the BC Plan or DR Plan.
