BCM Institute Singapore’s Terms and Conditions Policy

Singapore Kindly refer to the following Terms and Conditions regarding your application for the above mentioned programme:

a) The "Tax Invoice" is attached for your necessary actions.

b) Payment shall be made payable to "BCMI Pte Ltd", either by telegraphic transfer, cheque or credit card payment.

d) Cheque payment Should be crossed "A/C Payee Only" Please write the participant(s) name, course, course date, invoice number & contact number or state the event (i.e. Gold Sponsor) on the reverse side of the cheque or simply attach a photocopy invoice.

e) Credit Card Payment We accept only American Express credit card payment. Please provide all the card holder details – card holder name, card number, expiry date and security code.

f) Paynow: UEN 200512017R

g) Confirmation of this registration is subjected to BCM Institute’s receiving the Course and Examination fee payment.

h) Cancellations & Transfers Cancellations and Transfers shall be made in writing to BCMI. Cancellation or postpone of course is subjected to the following penalties: 30 days or more in advance of the start date will be charged up to 15% 15-29 days in advance of the start date will be charged up to 30% 8 -14 days in advance of the start date will be charged at 50% 7 days or less in advance of the start date will be charged at 100% Or a minimum flat fee of $300 is chargeable, whichever is higher. If participants fail to attend the course, all fees will be forfeited.

i) All remittance and banking charges should be borne by the sender/participants.

j) All payment made are strictly non-refundable and must be made at least one week before course commencement, failing which BCM Institute reserves the right to cancel or postpone the participants’ choice of course date.

k) BCM Institute will conduct the course only if there are sufficient participants.

l) BCM Institute reserves the right to alter the course content, alter the course location, cancel or reschedule course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, participants will be offered for deferment to the next run of same course.

m) The courseware and related study materials will be provided on the first day of the class commencement; subject to your registration and payment of the course fees.

Malaysia Kindly refer to the following Terms and Conditions regarding your application for the above mentioned programme:

a) The "Tax Invoice" is attached for your necessary actions.

b) Payment shall be made payable to "BCMI Sdn Bhd", either by telegraphic transfer, cheque or cash

d) Cheque payment Should be crossed "A/C Payee Only" Please write the participant(s) name, course, course date, invoice number & contact number or state the event on the reverse side of the cheque or simply attach a photocopy of the invoice. For those who have yet to make payment, a Letter of Undertaking is to be signed by the employer to verify the payment.

e) The courseware and related study materials will be provided on the first day of the class commencement; subject to your registration and payment of the course fees.
