== Achievement in Crisis Management Field ==

*Had been assigned by the Ministry of Transport to handle all the Y2K unexpected crisis as a result I will have to liaise closely with all departments within the ministry.
*Received company’s appraisal in protecting company’s goodwill.  The most outstanding achievement is to act on the behalf of Thai Airways to liaise with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and others organization concerned to help safely evacuated all Thais citizens out of Panom Phen during the riots back to the homeland.
*Has been assigned from Ministry of Transport as the member of the working group in order to set up the Crisis Communication Center and created the sample models for all future crisis operations.
*Received high recognition and appraisal from WHO and Ministry of Health in dealing with SARS on all company’s aircrafts by setting up all necessaries safety procedures to prevent the spreading such disease.
*Set up the Crisis Communication Network both inside and outside the organization by exchanging all necessary information with all other 40 related institutions in order to create goodwill for the company.
*Received the first ever award that had been given by WHO to a private sector.  The award had been rewarded for its outstanding crisis management structure. 
*Received the award from Ministry of Health for the Most Hygienic in Cabin Environment.
*Received the award from Ministry of Health for the High Hygiene in Royal   Orchid Lounge and the award for Food Hygiene.

== ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และผลงาน ในการบริหารภาวะวิกฤต == 

-	เป็นผู้ริเริ่มในการนำเอาการบริหารภาวะวิกฤตอย่างเต็มรูปแบบมาใช้ในบริษัทการบินไทยฯ
-	ได้รับมอบหมายให้ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการของกระทรวงคมนาคม ในเหตุการณ์ Y2K 
-	เป็นคณะทำงานร่วมในการจัดตั้งศูนย์ปลอดภัยคมนาคม โดยเป็นแม่แบบและตัวอย่างในการปฏิบัติงาน
-	ได้รับรางวัลชมเชย และประกาศเกียรติคุณในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในภารกิจโรค SARS ทำให้บริษัทฯสามารถผ่านพ้นวิกฤตไปได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 
-	ได้รับคำชมเชยจากกรมปศุสัตว์ กระทรวงเกษตร ในภารกิจโรคไข้หวัดนก 
-	จัดตั้งเครือข่าย Crisis Communication Network ทั้งภายใน และภายนอกบริษัทฯ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลข่าวสาร และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีให้กับบริษัทฯ เพื่อสร้าง ชื่อเสียง และภาพลักษณ์ ซึ่งขณะนี้มีเครือข่ายภายนอกแล้วมากกว่า 40 องค์กร
-	ได้รับรางวัลจากองค์การอนามัยโลก WHO ในเรื่องการบริหารจัดการภาวะวิกฤต ซึ่งเป็นรางวัลแรกที่องค์การอนามัยโลก WHO ได้มอบให้กับบริษัทเอกชน 
-	ได้รับรางวัลจาก รมว.กระทรวงสาธารณสุข 3 รางวัลในโครงการ The Most Hygienic in Cabin Environment, โครงการ High Hygiene in Royal Orchid Lounge และโครงการ Hygienic Food
