Responsibilities

Assist in developing and driving the firm’s overall marketing, and event managements. This includes: Overseeing smooth operation and coordination of events; sponsorships, supplier sourcing and; budgeting. Conceptualize project and/or event and prepare proposal. Assist in setting up and tearing down of events Assist in liaising with media relations, publicity, vendors and suppliers. Organize both local and regional marketing & educational events, seminars and conferences. This includes: World Continuity Congress (WCC) Meet-the-Expert (MTE) seminars Any other Duties as assigned by superior Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Event management or related field Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in public relations, marketing or event management Flair in writing and strong command in English is essential Must be a well-organised self starter with high energy level and the ability to handle projects simultaneously Highly adaptable to dynamic changes Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines Must possess strong leadership, resourcefulness, ability to think out of the box and excellent eye for details.
