William Ho is the project director for several business continuity and disaster recovery assignments ranging from disaster recovery/avoidance planning for an US investment bank to a telecommunication company.

Appointment within BCM Institute

Willaim is the lead instructor for BCM Institute and he is currently serving as the Chairman for BCM Institute's Certification Review Committee.

Past Employment

Prior to joining Alphawest, William was a technical consultant with UNISYS and IBM. An active circuit speaker, he actively preaches the importance of disaster recovery and availability in numerous workshops with Symantec (Veritas), Computer Associates, IBM, SUN Microsystems, Ingram micro and Exbytes.

Professionally, William is a senior advisor to China Business Continuity Management Professional Committee, Founders of Storage Networking User Group for Singapore and China as well as the deputy project manager for the Technical Committee setting the Singapore TR19-Business Continuity Management Standard and a resource member for Singapore first BC/DR Standards SS507.

Qualification

William received his Master of Science in Technology Management by Staffordshire University, UK.
