Malaysia I started my career as Technical Support Executive & Customer Experience Executive for 2 years in call center environment for local telecommunications company before I landed a role as Service Delivery Analyst in a multi-national oil and gas IT Shared service center. During the assignment, I have experiences working on IT Service management processes and tools; where my team was responsible for the development and implementation of ITSM in the organization. My primary area of work was working on global dashboard reporting. It is in this team that I developed the interest in information security. I then moved on as GFIT GRC Compliance Analyst where I am responsible for developing, embedding, and reviewing security compliance processes within IT applications and ensuring continued compliance to the company's security baseline and subsequently was assigned to take on a senior role when as GFIT BAM Compliance Analyst. In this role, I was involved in development and implementation of the process to deliver compliance, technical and value assurance for projects management and transition to support services that provides application support shared service to the company's global IT functions.

  • Shell Information Technology International Sdn Bhd – Compliance Analyst

In this role, I basically review and develop all security compliance requirements for the organization. I also work with both the internal and external auditor on the requirements for the company. Part of my role is also to design, develop and train employees, increasing awareness level in both the senior and junior management.

  • Scicom Sdh Bhd – Customer Executive

In this role, I was liaising with customers and attending to all their requirements and needs. I was working within a team of 9 members, my main function was monitoring and supervising both the incoming and outgoing calls, training and submitting reports to management.
