Dr Suhazimah Dzazali
Dr Suhazimah Dzazali is currently the Public Sector ICT Consultant (Information Security Management). A post she holds since 17 November 2008 in MAMPU, Prime Minister’s Department. Focus of her duties is providing consultancy services and advisories in government ICT projects.
Previously, Dr. Suhazimah has also served in various Government agencies mainly INTAN, Immigration Department of Malaysia, and Road Transport Department. Her 27 years as civil servant has provided her with wealth of knowledge and experience in system development, information security as well as direct involvement in several transformative projects such as the computerization and modernization of Malaysian Immigration Department (1995 -2000), setting up of Government Emergency Response Team (2001), and the development of Malaysian Public Sector Risk Assessment Methodology (2003-2004)
Dr. Suhazimah obtained her PhD (Information Security Management) from University of Malaya in 2007 and has Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science from Northrop University, California (USA).
Always striving to improve herself professionally, she is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from Malaysian IT Software Quality Board and Certified Disaster Recovery Professional (CDRP) from EC Council.
