Resources

• Determine and provide the resources needed for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the BCMS.

Competence

• Ensure that designated team member are competent either via appropriate education, training, and experience,

Awareness

• Make sure that the designated team member is aware of the key requirement such as contribution to the effectiveness and implication of non-conformity of the BSMS.

Communication

• Determine the need for both internal and external communications within the BCMS.

Documented information

• Determine and include documentation information necessary to maintain the effectiveness of the BCMS.
