1. After-action Report is ....

2. Document which records, describes and analyses the exercise, drawing on debriefs and reports from evaluators, participants, and observers derives lessons from it. ([SOURCE: ISO 22300])

Notes (1) : The report should also include recommendations to close gaps identified in the exercise.

Notes (2) : Post-exercise report is also called post exercise report or final exercise report.
