2. Group of individuals functionally responsible for directing the development and execution of the operational continuity plan, declaring an emergency/crisis situation and providing direction during the recovery process, both pre-and post-disruptive incident.

Notes (1) : The operational continuity management team may include individuals from the organizations as well as immediate and first responders, stakeholders, and other interested parties.
