Serena is previously the Vice President at GMH Continuity Architects. She joined GMH to help strengthen the management and consulting structure of the organization as the company grows bigger and are seeing more organizations requiring season and experienced BCM professionals to serve them. Serena has many years of hands on experience in the arena of BCM and IT Disaster Recovery. She has been managing large scale BCM and DR function during her tenure with the respective banks. Serena with her vast background depth of experience and knowledge, brings along with her expertise and know-how which are valuable assets to the organization.
