BCM-5000: ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Systems Expert Implementer is the most comprehensive course on business continuity management that is offer by BCM Institute. This is a four day course where each phases of the BCM planning methodology is discussed with real life experiences from our instructors.

Who should attend?

Experience Professionals: For those are are appointed as the project manager to spearhead the business continuity planning project should attend this course. The completion of this course will equipped the participant to manage the project.

Newcomers to BCM: Another category of participants are those who were tasked to be part of the business continuity project team but do not have the necessary experience. The trade off in attending this course is that it is the most comprehensive course which allows a rookie to acquire most the knowledge within the shortest possible time. The only caution is that they may passed the BCCE examinations but because of their lack of experience, be prepared to be awarded a lower certification grade.
