    • Support provided by Audit during disaster.

Pre-Crisis

  • HOW
    • Review Periodically the testing, maintenance and current status of the BC Plan and recovery strategies.

Recovery & Resumption

Within T+24 hours

  • HOW
    • Provide a representative at the alternate site location to monitor restoration activities.
    • Notify the external auditors, if necessary.
    • Review any temporary controls established to facilitate the recovery operation.
    • Assist with the investigation of the cause of the disaster.
    • Monitor the control and use of financial items (checks, petty cash, etc.) during the recovery.
