1. Disgruntled employees are employees who are unsatisfied due to changes within the organization or to their way of living leave them in a position where they can rationalize nefarious activities.

2. Disgruntled employees, especially those disillusioned with their company, can represent one of the most difficult threat actors against which to defend. Layoffs, pay cuts, or organizational shifts may leave some employees in a position where they can rationalize nefarious activities.
