1. Convalescent Serum is blood serum obtained from one who has recovered from an infectious disease. It is considered to be rich in antibodies which is effective against the infectious agent of the said disease.

2. Convalescent Serum is blood serum obtained from a survivor of an infectious disease, which tends to be rich in antibodies. The use of convalescent serum has been shown to boost survival rates of Ebola patients.
