1. BCM Steering Committee is a committee of decision makers, business owners, technology experts and BC professionals, tasked with making strategic recovery and continuity planning decisions for the organization.

Notes (1): Unlike a typical project management committee which is disbanded on completion of the project, the BCM Steering Committee is permanent. It is chaired by a member of the Executive Management.
