1. Prevent is to establish sufficient controls that reduce the likelihood of potential problems in time to effectively mitigate them.


Prevent phase in the Operational Resilience Lifecycle:

Notes (1): is to correct the reliance by businesses on manually based corrective controls and replace them with automated preemptive ones.

Notes (2): is to develop comprehensive response procedures and advanced training to manage the disruptive outage
