1. Cyber Resilience is an organisation's ability to prepare, respond, and recover from cyberattacks and data breaches while continuing to operate effectively.
Note (1): is designed to prevent systems and networks from derailing during a disruptive event which leads to security being compromised. Note (2): differs from cyber security, which is designed to protect systems, networks and data from cybercrimes. Note (3): requires the organisation to think differently and be more agile in handling cyberattacks and data breaches

2. Cyber resilience refers to an organisation’s ability to maintain its essential functions during and after a cyberattack or other digital disruption. This includes protecting against cyber threats and attacks, responding effectively to incidents, and ensuring business continuity.
