1. The Crisis Management Steering Committee is a high-level group of executives responsible for providing strategic oversight and guidance to the crisis management program. This committee is critical in ensuring organizational goals and objectives are aligned during a crisis event.

Notes (1): Unlike a typical project management committee which is disbanded on completion of the project, the CM Steering Committee is permanent. It is chaired by a member of the Executive Management.
