Marcus’s experiences extent more than seventeen years of comprehensive and diverse experience in the security industry, he holds a Master in Business Administration from University of Western Sydney, Postgraduate Diploma in Security Management from Edith Cowan University and is a Certified Business Continuity practitioner. Having acquired a thorough knowledge of security equipments, systems and technology and with his hands-on experience and technical know-how, he develops comprehensive business continuity planning, security protection methodology, design security training programs, security budgeting, contract review, appropriate security guard deployment and development of security equipments standards and policy and procedure. Marcus has always strives to achieve a good balance between commercial and contractual awareness, practical engineering knowledge, and an enthusiasm in order to get the right result. As a security and business continuity professional, his work involves in the analysis of potential threats and the design of appropriate defensive strategies for commercial, industrial and financial institutional. He also has overseen many successful implementation and installation of many integrated systems into these establishments
