All training syllabi within BCM Institute have been designed to assist professionals in upgrading their competency using the Know, Do and Manage levels of expertise. This applies to the respective areas within the operational resilience domain. These include the Operational Resilience (OR) and Operational Resilience Audit (ORA).

  • KNOW
    • For professionals who want to be acknowledged for their fundamental understanding of a discipline.
    • It usually includes personnel involved in the OR project or programme but is led by a designated Operational Resilience and ancillary professional.
