1. Supply Chain Risk is viewed using the following modules:
  • Risk sources - What can happen?
  • Consequence of the risk sources - If it does happen, what are the consequences?
  • Risk drivers that turn risk sources into consequence, and
  • Strategies to address the risk - What strategies to adopt to treat the risk?.
