1. Awareness 认知的目的是使人们关注和理解业务持续管理(BCM)和灾难恢复(DR)所要解决的基本问题。 它是人们以基本的常识预测、观察或修改某些事物进而知道或获得该事物的知识。


注:它的目的是使员工了解BCM和DR所要解决的基本问题及其相应的响应机制。培养和树立这些“认知”的例子有:如向组织中的员工分发海报和传单,或者为组织的高管层举办专场业务持续介绍会。“认知”没有“培训”正式,它通常以组织中的全体人员为受众目标,是“认知、培训和教育学习”体系中的一个部分。
