Business Continuity Life Cycle
1. Business Continuity Life Cycle 业务持续生命周期业务持续生命周期由6个“Rs”组成。每一个“R”实施的时间段如下：
  • 降低- 灾难发生前的阶段；
  • 响应 - 紧跟着灾难发生后的数小时和数天；
  • 恢复 - 从灾难发生之时到启用临时的运营或备用流程的时期；
  • 重启 - 业务功能和运营在备用站点重启的时间；
  • 重建 - 非关键功能和遭到破坏的基础设施重建的时间；
  • 返回 - 运营返回常态的时间。
