1. Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) 运营持续计划(COOP)是指一组预先确定的指令或程序，描述了组织的必要功能（通常是在总部层次）如何在灾难事件造成的中断中在业务返回到正常运营前维持长达30天以上的持续运营。

相关术语：计划类型

注：COOP强调组织在备用站点运营能力的恢复，该计划不一定包括IT运营。不需要搬迁到备用站点的较小范围的中断通常来说是不需要处理的。
