1. Crisis Communication Plan 危机沟通计划危机沟通计划是在紧急情况或危机中或紧跟它们发生之后,为内外部相关方收集和传递信息的程序。

注:沟通要在危机发生后的数小时和数天内进行处理,这对维持组织的信誉和利益相关方的信心极其重要。危机沟通计划制定的程序包括预先准备一份正式的声明,以便在灾难和危机发生后的第一时间进行发布。
