1. Crisis Management Team 危机管理小组危机管理小组（CMT）由重要的高管层人员，必不可少的重要保障部门人员和关键业务功能的业务负责人组成，在实施危机管理计划中每一个成员都有预定的职能和职责。

该小组负责确定和批准危机管理计划或BC计划的启动。
