1. Disaster Recovery 灾难恢复是指在突发事件、紧急情况或灾难造成的中断发生之后，组织能够提供重要信息技术、通信和服务的能力。DR恢复中断的IT和通信，以确保关键业务功能（CBFs）能够在最短的（由组织预先规定的）时间内恢复到计划好的运营水平。
