1. Audit Process 审计过程由四个阶段组成，为：
  • 第一阶段：审计规划和准备
  • 第二阶段：审计现场
  • 第三个阶段：审计复核和报告
  • 第四阶段：跟踪复核

注：虽然每个审计项目都是独一无二的,但是在大多数的服务中，BCM协会所提供的BCM审计过程都是相似的，由上述四个阶段组成。
