Neil M Quijano has accomplished security practitioner with 14 years experience and 10 years experience in security management of the power plant and hotel, and in the areas of safety management, and emergency management services - Met requirements and goals for facilities security plan by supervising and executing the antiterrorism and force protection plan, and conducting enterprise risk assessments. Has extensive exposure on security survey and audit, ISPS Code implementation, Incident Management, Crisis Management, Business Continuity Management, and the conduct of security drill and exercise.
He is a security and safety specialist with the ability to analyze operations, pinpoint areas for improvement and redesign, and implement plans that generate profitable results – with extensive exposure on OSHA 18001, “Safety Walk Around, Safety Internal Audit, and Deputized Safety Officer”.
He’s proven ability to design, direct and implement effective safety and security programs -member of a core team for the implementation of IS0-14001, EHS Central Committee, 5S Committee, Physical Security Committee, Plant Crisis Management Team, Contractor EHS and Security Program, and Accident Investigation Team.
