1. Second Party Audit Audit Pihak Kedua ialah audit luar dan biasanya dilaksanakan oleh pelanggan atau pihak lain bagi pihak organisasi.

Nota: Audit Pihak Kedua boleh dilakukan oleh mana-mana pihak luar yang mempunyai kepentingan dalam organisasi “auditi”.
