Invocation
1. An Invocation is a formal notification or declaration to a both internal and external providers to deliver the agreed business continuity arrangements and services required to support the key products or services.
2. An act of declaring that an organization’s business continuity arrangements need to be put into effect in order to continue delivery of key products or services.
