Introduction

I have been fortunate to start off my Business Continuity journey in the banking industry in an IT division. Coming from a background of retail banking operations and quickly moving on to computer operations over the years prepared me well in understanding organizational operations both in the business and IT environment,

My BCM knowledge is a collection of best practices from having worked in excess of 20 years in the banking as well as oil and gas industries. I've been involved in actual IT disaster recoveries which involves trading floors and data centers. It is a joy for me to share these knowledge and experiences whenever the opportunity arises.

Working in Shell IT for 15 years gave me much needed exposure on MNC operations and ways of working. The best part is the opportunity to work with nice colleagues and professionals from all over the world.
