Irene Lye

Irene Lye is currently AVP, Engineering with a Singapore Real Estate developer and was its Head of Enterprise Risk Management, responsible for enterprise risk management, business continuity and investment review.

Voluntary Appointment within BCM Institute

Irene sits on the Certification Review Committee and she is also a Trainer for the BCM Institute.

Past Employment

Prior to the present organization, she was the General Manager for Enterprise Risk Management in Wearne Brothers (delisted) where she spearheaded the Enterprise Risk Management Program. Additionally, she was also responsible for Whistle-Blowing investigations, Contract & Contractor Evaluation and Property Management. Irene’s experience also includes a stint in Manufacturing Organizations where she headed the Risk Management and Quality Functions, responsible for all aspects of Risk Management, Safety, Business Continuity, Export Control, Quality (In-coming , In – process and Outgoing)
