    • Assess damage and ascertain accuracy of event
    • Ensure “key words” for the incident is up to date via AWARIO and Google Alerts
    • Notify Management
    • Advise GM to escalate if necessary
    • Draft media response to event
    • Prepare circulars via Digital Display Panel to update residents
    • Update on website

Recovery & Resumption

Within T+1 to T+8 Hour

  • HOW
    • Release press statement (if restoration takes considerable time)
    • Update on website

Restoration & Return

  • HOW
    • Release press statement for closure of PR for the event
    • Update on website
