- Review Periodically the testing, maintenance and current status of the BC Plan and recovery strategies.
Recovery & Resumption
Within T+24 hours
- HOW
- Provide a representative at the alternate site location to monitor restoration activities.
- Notify the external auditors, if necessary.
- Review any temporary controls established to facilitate the recovery operation.
- Assist with the investigation of the cause of the disaster.
- Monitor the control and use of financial items (checks, petty cash, etc.) during the recovery.
