- Update Service level agreement (SLA) in contract
Immediate Response

- Notify the M&E contractors by Call Centre operator (Office hour) and EMSU (after office hour)
Recovery & Resumption
- HOW
- Contact PowerGrid by Property Officer on no incoming supply status
- Contact PUB by Property Officer if direct water supply disruption
- Standby at site by Property Officer
After T+4 Hours
- HOW
- Monitor and resolve work urgently
- Turn on power generator for essential services like lift services
- Arrange water wagon to distribute water
Restoration & Return
- HOW
- Receive report from PUB/ PowerGrid
- Submit report to GM
