Update staff list
Update patients' database and cull records of patients at regular intervals according with the retention period prescribed for patients' records.
Recovery & Resumption

Redeploy Customer Service Officers to alternate polyclinic based on anticipated increase in workload.
Register redirected patients as new patients in alternate polyclinics as per SOP.
Open new folders for redirected patients.
After T+24 hours
HOW
Retrieve (from Patient Information System) the list of patients (with chronic medical condition) of the affected polyclinic and who are scheduled for appointments for the next 3 days to:
Inform patients via telephone calls of the closure of the polyclinic;
Inform patients of the alternate polyclinics where they can seek continued medical care;
Make appointments for patients to attend alternate polyclinics' sessions.
Send letters to patients (with chronic medical condition) who are scheduled for appointments for consultation from the 4th to the 14th day of crisis to inform them of the above.
