BCM-200 ISO22301 BCMS Planner and BC Certified Planner
BCM-200 ISO22301 BCMS Planner is a 1.5-day foundation course with a 50 multiple-choice question exam on the last day. Each candidate must achieve score a of 75% or higher in the examination to be awarded the BC Certified Planner (BCCP) Certification. This course is designed and developed for senior and middle management, department representatives, business unit coordinators and organizational BC managers and planners. This course is also a pre-requisite module for professionals and practitioners who intend to further establish themselves in BCM and DRP by pursuing higher-level certifications.
BCM-300 ISO22301 BCMS Implementer and BC Certified Specialist
BCM-300: ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Systems Implementer is a 2.5 day intermediate level course with a 100 multiple choice question examination on the last day. Each candidate must achieve 75% or higher in the examination to be eligible to apply for the BC Certified Specialist (BCCS) Certification.
The successful candidate must also possess a minimum of one year BCM and/or DRP experience to be eligible for the BCCS Certification. Candidates must submit an application to BCMI with supporting documents as evidence of their BC/DR experience, before BCM Institute will award the candidate with the BCCS Certification. This course is designed and developed for middle management, department representatives, business unit coordinators,
Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery managers and planners. Candidates will takeaway with them the skills and knowledge of business impact analysis, risk analysis, testing and exercising, and how to keep BC plans current. Candidates will also be introduced to the key concepts of developing business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, design and implementation of BC plans, preparing and conducting awareness, and training programmes. This module is a pre-requisite course for the BCM-400.
BCM-400 and BC Certified Expert
BCM-430: ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Systems Manager is a 2.5 day course with a 150 multiple choice question examination on the last day. Each candidate must achieve a score of 75% or higher to be eligible to apply for the BC Certified Expert (BCCE) Certification. The candidate must also demonstrate and provide evidence that he or she possesses a minimum of three years of BCM experience.
This course is designed and developed to instill pertinent concepts and knowledge in BCM practitioners. This will enable them to drive organizational-wide BCM programmes, develop business continuity and recovery strategies, conceptualize and implement comprehensive BC plans, design and implement BCM awareness and training programmes, conduct exercises and test, and implement BCM audit and assessment programmes to ensure BC plan effectiveness. This course is designed and developed for BC managers, planners, and project managers.
BCM-5000 ISO22301 BCMS Expert Implementer and BC Certified Expert
BCM-5000: ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Systems Expert Implementer is a 4.5 day accelerated and advance level BCM Best Practices course. It includes a 150 multiple choice question examination on the last day. Each candidate must achieve a score of 75% or higher to be eligible to apply for the BC Certified Expert (BCCE) Certification. Candidates must also demonstrate and provide evidence that they have a minimum of three years of BC experience.
Candidates will be equipped with the essential skills and knowledge of business impact analysis, risk analysis, testing and exercising, and ways to keep Business Continuity (BC) plans current. BCM-5000 will also introduce the essential steps of developing business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, design and implementation of BC plans, and preparing and conducting awareness and training programmes. This course is designed for BC Managers and Practitioners tasked to drive large and complex corporate level BCM programmes.
