A Manager’s Guide to Operational Resilience (eBook)

1. Finally, at the highest level of the Competency Level (CL) for Operational Resilience, which is the advanced level, BCM Institute will be offering the OR Certified Expert. Here, the examination format will be 100 questions, and the duration of the examination will be two and a half hours. All examinations will be taken under an invigilator or an e_Proctor, and the passing mark will be 75% of the total questions.

This document summarises the terms on Competency Level 3OR of the OR Body of Knowledge used during the preparation of the Operational Resilience Certified Expert examination.
