1. Emergency Response Tindak Balas Kecemasan ialah reaksi terhadap kecemasan atau kejadian dan tumpuannya adalah melindungi nyawa manusia dan aset utama organisasi.

Nota: Komponen respons kecemasan pelan BC atau pelan DR harus mengandungi garis panduan untuk pengurusan kejadian, proses melaporkan kejadian dan prosedur pengisytiharan bencana.
