Sequence Flowchart of Business Continuity Plan
The flowchart provides the reader of the BC Plan on the sequential flow of activities starting from the preventive measures (Reduce), the occurrence of the disaster and finally, the restoration of the business and the return of its business to its original state.
- It follows the 6 "Rs" of the Business Continuity Life Cycle.
