    • List of key media contacts (updated on a half-yearly basis).
    • Prepare pre-approved statements (pre-approved and applicable for different types of disasters, and aligned with internal communications).
    • Appoint Spokesperson and alternate.
    • Identify venue for press conference.

Recovery & Resumption

Within T+24 hours

  • HOW
    • Retrieve list of media contacts from Alternate Site Recovery Box.
    • Issue first external communication to media.

After T+24 hours

  • HOW
    • Issue second and subsequent external communication to media.
    • Issue first and subsequent external communication to clients.
