1. Change Management is a broad term used to define various ways in which an organization prepares and implements change.

Change Management in Operational Resilience:

Notes (1): is ensure that operational resilience is fully embedded into the processes and procedures of the change program.

Notes (2): is about setting clear internal communication on why operational resilience is required, what needs to be done and how to address it.
