1. Crisis management strategy is a phase within the Crisis Management Planning Methodology. It is the conceptual summary of the various crisis management strategies, starting from preventive (mitigation) strategies, crisis response strategies, and recovery strategies, that must be carried out between the occurrence of a crisis scenario and the time when normal operations are restored.
